Electrical Switchboard Intervention for National Shopping Centre

At Promael, with more than 30 years of experience delivering energy solutions, we have recently completed the manufacture of a main distribution switchboard for a major national shopping centre. This switchboard will be essential to ensuring efficient electricity supply across all key areas of the complex, including warehouses, HVAC systems, offices, and more. The integration of advanced technology and high-quality components ensures the correct operation and safety of all installations.

Our team designed this switchboard with automatic transfer switching at 2,500 A, equipped with open-frame and moulded-case circuit breakers, providing flexibility and full protection for the centre's energy requirements. Electronic protection devices with adjustable residual current protection allow safety levels to be tailored to specific requirements, guaranteeing optimal performance at all times.

The internal distribution of the switchboard was carried out with high-quality copper busbars, fully processed in our facilities spanning more than 1,000 m², using state-of-the-art machinery for bending, cutting, and punching. This infrastructure allows us to ensure the precision and durability of every component we manufacture, meeting the highest quality standards.

In addition, Promael handled logistics, transporting the electrical switchboard to the shopping centre using our own resources, thereby guaranteeing a comprehensive, end-to-end service from design and manufacture through to final delivery.
